Renovation of an educational facility in Newport, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 311,230-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.

Question Deadline 10/25/2024 If, during the bidding period, the Bidder finds discrepancies, ambiguities, omissions, or is in doubt as to meaning or intent of documents, he sha l notify the Architect Project Name is "Bridgeport Elementary School Partial Roof Replacement" and is located in Newport, TN. Furnish all labor, materials and equipment and perform all work necessary to construct the above referenced project as specified herein and shown on the accompanying drawings, The Work shall be constructed complete and ready for occupancy, except for the items specifically excluded in "Work Not Included" or "Not in Contract" (N.I.C.). The work shall include (at designated roof areas only) the removal of the existing roof system to the existing roof deck and replacement thereof with a 20-year fully adhered .060" EPDM roof membrane system with rigid roof insulation, coverboards, roof crickets, roof accessories, & miscellaneous sheet metal fabrications as specified. Additional work includes fabrication and installation of new metal coping and new gutters. Existing downspouts are to be reused in the new roof system. Perform all work as shown on the drawings and as specified herein.
