Questions not directed this way may go unanswered. Questions must be received no later than five business days prior to the bids being due. This is to ensure all questions are answered before the bids are due. Work Timeframe: March 28 - April 7, 2025 (preferred) or Summer 2025 Anticipated Board Action: November 11, 2024 The successful offeror shall furnish performance and payment bonds to the Contracting Officer as follows: (1) Performance bonds: The penal amount of performance bonds at the time of contract award shall be 100 percent of the original contract price. (2) Payment Bonds: The penal amount of payment bonds at the time of contract award shall be 100 percent of the original contract price. The bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check in an amount no less than 5% All work performed by the bidder shall be warranted for a period of 12 months against material and workmanship. This period begins at final inspection and approval of the project. Any defective parts shall be repaired or replaced at the contractor's cost without any labor or travel charges. Bid quotes are guaranteed for 90 calendar days. PPPS reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities which it deems to be in the best interest of PPPS, and the right to award a contract other than the lowest bidder.
