Construction of a short span bridge on highway no. 903 over beaver river floodplain approximately 24 km northeast of meadow lake, saskatchewan. Question deadline 10/17/2024 bidders shall submit all inquiries pertaining to the bid package documents a minimum of 3 business days prior to close of bidding directed to: ministry of saskbuilds and procurement rfxquestions@gov.sk.ca bidders may request a debriefing session from ministry of saskbuilds and procurement by emailing constructionsbp@gov.sk.ca within 30 days after the award notification date. The intention of the debriefing is to aid the bidder by identifying areas of improvement that may be applied to subsequent procurement opportunities. Estimated quantities: supply and installation of structural plate corrugated steel: 1 lump sum supply of piling: 300 m granular backfill at bridges: 542 m3 completion date: phase i: march 15, 2025 phase ii: june 30, 2025 the lump sum liquidated damages are assessed in addition to daily liquidated damages if work on Phase I extends past March 31, 2025 and/or Substantial Completion extends past March 31, 2026." deposit with each tender - 5% of total bid.
