The Parish requires a Contractor to provide all labor, equipment, tools, and materials to remove existing water heaters and replace them with the new ones located at St. Tammany Parish Jail, 1200 Champagne Street, Covington, LA 70433 Question Deadline 10/09/2024 at 2:00 PM CT Building A - Laundry Room Water Heaters Contractor will disconnect and remove two PVI water heaters from the mechanical room in Building "A". Contractor will procure and conduct the complete installation of two new PVI water heaters, Model 100L 225A-PVX (or equivalent) with standard controls. Contractor will furnish and install new shut-off valves in hot piping and gas piping to each water heater. Contractor will provide water heater start-up, place in operations, and instruct STP Jail staff on proper operations. Licensing Required If the estimated cost of the work is $50k or more a Contractor licensed by the State to do the type of work indicated in Section 2.1 may submit a quote. The Respondent's signature on the quote certifies that he holds an active license under the provisions of Chapter 24 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes, Title 37. Failure to be properly licensed constitutes authority for the Parish to reject the quote.
