The purpose of this solicitation is to secure a company to provide heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services. Sarasota County ("County"), a political subdivision of the State of Florida, will receive bids on the date indicated in OpenGov Procurement ("OpenGov"), the County's electronic procurement portal, to select a supplier to provide Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) System Services encompassing repairs, maintenance, HVAC system replacements and installation equipment services for any County owned or operated facility as stated herein. The Contractor shall provide heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) repair, maintenance, replacement, and services for the installation of new HVAC equipment at any County owned or operated facility. Services shall be provided on an as-needed basis as required by the County. The County anticipates an initial contract term of 3 years. Required license(s) must be active at the time of bid opening. The County reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to preclude or deny access to any person known to be or thought to be a security risk. Failure of Contractor's personnel who will perform services in Sarasota County facilities to pass the CJIS clearance may result in termination of the Contract
