Landfill Infrastructure Installation, Maintenance, Repair, and Monitoring Services. Question Deadline 11/14/2024 at 5:00 PM ET It is the responsibility of the bidder to check Open Gov for answers to questions. To receive email notifications regarding addenda and responses to questions, Bidders must click "Follow" on this bid. This solicitation is a Invitation for Bids to select a supplier to provide as-needed maintenance, repair, installation, and monitoring services for the County's three Class I landfills. All conferences and site visits will take place at the time, date and location specified below. This timeline is subject to change. Failure by a Bidder to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference or site visit will result in their bid being considered non-responsive. When applicable, Bidders are advised to visit each location to familiarize themselves with all work areas. Failure to do so will in no manner relieve the Bidder from furnishing materials or services that may be required to carry out and complete the contract in accordance with the intent of the specifications listed herein. Questions asked at a pre-bid conference will be formally answered via an addendum. Bidders shall not rely on oral communications. The County anticipates an initial contract term of three (3) years. Refer to the Solicitation Documents and Attachments section for minimum qualifications, scope/specifications, and insurance requirements. These services include FEMA grant funding. All applicable grant terms are included in online and shall control over any contract terms in the draft contract.
