Traffic Control Sign Material and Posts Question Deadline 11/01/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Question Submission Deadline online. Bids submitted cannot be viewed by anyone other than the Bidder until the official bid opening occurs. Submitted bids will be made public in accordance with Florida Public Record laws found in Ch. 119, F.S. It is the responsibility of the bidder to check OpenGov for answers to questions. To receive email notifications regarding addenda and responses to questions, Bidders must click "Follow" on this bid. All bidders must complete the required forms and information included in the Vendor Questionnaire section of this solicitation. Bidders who fail to complete and upload required forms and documents may be found non-responsive. All conferences and site visits will take place at the time, date and location specified below. This timeline is subject to change. Failure by a Bidder to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference or site visit will result in their bid being considered non-responsive. When applicable, Bidders are advised to visit each location to familiarize themselves with all work areas. Failure to do so will in no manner relieve the Bidder from furnishing materials or services that may be required to carry out and complete the contract in accordance with the intent of the specifications listed herein. Questions asked at a pre-bid conference will be formally answered via an addendum. Bidders shall not rely on oral communications. Question Deadline 11/01/2024 at 5:00 PM ET The Vendor shall provide traffic sign material and posts for Sarasota County. The County anticipates a one-year contract with four (4) one-year renewals. Refer to the Solicitation Documents and Attachments section for minimum qualifications, scope/specifications, and insurance requirements.
