Reinforced Concrete Pipe. The County objects to and shall not consider any additional terms or conditions submitted by an offeror, including any appearing in documents attached as part of an offeror's offer. In submitting its offer, offeror agrees that any additional terms or conditions, whether submitted intentionally or inadvertently, shall have no force or effect. Failure to comply with terms and conditions, including those specifying information that must be submitted with an offer, shall be grounds for rejecting an offer. Bids submitted cannot be viewed by anyone other than the Bidder until the official bid opening occurs. Submitted bids will be made public in accordance with Florida Public Record laws found in Ch. 119, F.S. It is the responsibility of the bidder to check Open Gov for answers to questions. To receive email notifications regarding addenda and responses to questions, Bidders must click "Follow" on this bid. All bidders must complete the required forms and information included in the Vendor Questionnaire section of this solicitation. Bidders who fail to complete and upload required forms and documents may be found non-responsive. The County intends to select a supplier to provide reinforced concrete pipe. The County anticipates a three-year contract with two (2) one-year renewals. Refer to the Solicitation Documents and Attachments section for minimum qualifications, scope/specifications, and insurance requirements.
