The Town of Blaine Lake invites qualified contractors to submit proposals for the rip rap the south berm of the effluent cell at the Blaine Lake lagoon. The Bidders RFP submission must be accompanied by a Bid Bond payable to the owner in the amount of 10% of their total tendered Price as calculated on the Bid form and a Consent of Surety stating that the Bidder is able to obtain an Indemnity (Performance and labour and material payment) Bond. Then Town reserves the right to accept or reject and all proposals. The Town further reserves the right to award the proposal as split-order, lump sum or individual-item basis or such combination that is deemed to serve the best interests of the Town
