The project includes installation of new batt insulation, installation of new high strength vapor retardant interior barrier including taping as specified, and any other incidentals necessary to complete the specified work in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions and the Standard Specifications. All work performed on this project will be subject to Washington State prevailing wage rates. Cash, cashier s check, certified check and/or bid bond in an amount equal to at least 5% of the total bid price shall accompany all bids.
