As of November 5, 2024 bid rejected. No definite date for the rebid. Kingfisher County Courthouse Electrical Upgrade Demolition of old system and installation of new system. This includes the installation of owner provided generator equipment. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids. All bidders must complete a statement of non-collusion and a Cashier's Check, a certified check, or a surety bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the gross amount of base bid as a guaranty, shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. Deposits will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders and successful bidders, upon approval of the contract and submission of a 100% Performance Bond, a 100% Statutory Bond, and a 100% Maintenance Bond.
