Renovation of a library in Braintree, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The work to be done under this contract consists of the following 1. Thayer Public Library Roof Top Unit Replacement: a. HVAC work shall include 1) Provide a complete system of automatic temperature controls, as shown on the Drawings and called for in this Specification. 2) The furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment and supplies and the performance of all operations to provide complete working systems, in general, to include the following items a) Roof Top Units b) Galvanized Sheet Metal Duct System c) Duct Insulation d) Testing and Balancing of Air Systems e) Vibration Isolation f) Systems shall be complete, including all appurtenances for fully workable systems. g) Cutting and Patching h) Fire stopping i) Seismic Provisions j) Thermostats Question Deadline 10/29/2024 at 12:00 PM ET Every request for such interpretations shall be in written form and may be emailed to: BLW Engineers, Inc. at bidding@blwengineers.com and to be given consideration, must be received no later than 12:00 noon, six (6) calendar days (Saturdays and Sundays, and legal holidays excluded) prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. General Bids will only be considered from bidders holding a certificate of eligibility from the Division of Capital Management and Maintenance in the category of HVAC and in a single project amount higher than the amount of the bid.
