Slemmer Road Drainage The successful Bidder understands the limited contract time in the contract is ninety (90) calendar days and shall submit any request for an extension of time in accordance with the General and Supplementary Conditions. If the Parish determines that the bidder is not responsive or responsible for any reason whatsoever, the bid may be rejected in accordance with State law.
