Demolition and site work for a multi-residential development in Scituate, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the demolition of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
As part of the scope of work the contractor will be responsible for the removal of trees as marked and directed by the Engineer. The contractor is responsible for cutting the tree, removing the stump and hauling the lumber off the job site. All tree's which must be removed from the site will be identified by the Engineer. The contractor is also responsible for clearing any shrubs found on the site. Estimated Cost $85,000 Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Demolition of a town owned building (Danforth House) located at 165 Summer Street. There is some hazardous materials on the site.
