Delta Community Developers Corp. (hereinafter referred to as "DCDC") is seeking qualified entities ("Partners/Contractors") to deploy public, as well as private and restrictive accessible electric vehicle charging infrastructures along designated alternative fuel corridors or in certain other locations within communities that will be mostly accessible to all drivers of electric vehicles. Locations will be determined on a project-by-project basis. Private partners will be responsible for the design, acquisition, construction, installation, operation, and maintenance of the charging stations. The selected Partners will be required to implement a program which would enable the public and/or restrictive public access to utilize electric vehicle charging stations. Services would be provided on a 24-hour, 365 days a year (full-time) basis with sufficient resources and personnel to successfully support and maintain the program. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted to the online by 5:00 P.M. on Monday, October 14, 2024. DCDC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any informality in the bidding.
