Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. 2024 PARKING METER REMOVAL PROJECT. The work under this contract shall consist of removing all parking meter posts at various locations in the town of Concord. The work shall include removal of existing meter posts and foundations. Each Bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and be accompanied by a Bid Security in the designated form in the amount of 5% of the Bid Price. No bidder will be considered if they are indebted to the Town of Concord, Massachusetts, for any unresolved issues regarding unpaid invoices issued by the Town of Concord, or any services and materials owed to the Town of Concord. No oral interpretation will be made to any bidder as to the meaning of any of the Contract Documents or be effective to modify any of the provisions of the Contract Documents. All questions shall be submitted in writing to the Engineer (via email to: Nexwan Norelus, nnorelus@concordma.gov). Bidders shall submit all questions prior to 10:00 am on October 10, 2024. Questions received after 10:00 am on October 10, 2024, may not receive a response. The Engineer will arrange an addendum, which shall become part of the Contract, to address all questions received as provided above, and his decision regarding each shall be issued by 5:00 pm on October 11, 2024.
