The City of Moline (hereinafter: "City" or "Purchaser") requests bids for the McManus Pub Demolition Project, per the identified minimum specifications. The City of Moline intends to demolish all structures for this area. Bidders must use all visual references within this bid and on-site pre-bid meeting to determine pricing for this bid. Change orders should be minimal and will be at sole discretion of the City. Services shall be rendered to the following location: 1. 1401/1403 7TH Avenue, Moline, IL 61265 The City of Moline reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, decide what products meets, exceeds, or are equal to specifications and to waive any technicalities. Pursuant to the Moline Code of Ordinance Section 27-3102, the City of Moline reserves the right to cancel the bid request any time prior to the acceptance of the bid. All bids and Bid Bonds shall remain valid for a period of 45 days. Contractors shall sign the form included in the bid notice entitled "City of Moline Bid Bond Information" and follow the instructions. A Performance, Labor, Material and Maintenance Bond (1-year), in the full amount of the contract, shall be furnished by the lowest responsible bidder upon receipt of Notice of Intent of Award.
