The Rock Island County Metropolitan Mass Transit District is soliciting proposals from qualified firms with experience necessary to provide: HVAC Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services. The full detailed Scope of Work is provided as an Attachment. This Agreement for Purchase of equipment, materials, supplies and labor to perform HVAC services at MetroLINK facilities effective November 30, 2024 is hereby entered into by and between the Rock Island County Metropolitan Mass Transit District, (hereinafter referred to as "MetroLINK"), and Contractor a [Contractor City, State] based for profit company, (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor", "[Contractor Short Name]" or the "Contractor"). MetroLINK's office is located at 1515 River Drive, Moline, Illinois, 61265. All pricing must remain valid for a period of 120 calendar days following the due date. The project may be funded with financial assistance contracts between MetroLINK, the United States Department of Transportation and/or the Illinois Department of Transportation. Therefore, all Bidders will be required to certify compliance with applicable Local, State, and Federal laws and regulations pertaining to third-party procurements. Respondents will be required to agree to and follow all terms, conditions, rules, requirements, certifications, issued addenda and supply all required attachments as part of their response. Proposals that do not provide all required information may be rejected. MetroLINK bears no responsibility for delays or errors in submittal of response by the Contractor. Late submittals will not be allowed.
