Reference number: 20022273 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2024-10-21 OMHM is inviting tenders for the Replacement of Hoods, Fans and Electrical Panels at Habitations Meunier-Tolhurst located at 261, rue Sauvé Ouest, 9835 and 10005, rue Tolhurst, in the borough of Ahuntsic-Cartierville in Montréal. The project is to complete all work in accordance with the contract documents. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: - Installation of new kitchen hoods; - Replacement of bathroom fans; - Replacement of electrical panels; - Ceiling Refit; - Cabinetwork refurbishment; - The installation of gypsum fallout. The work will be carried out in three (3) two- to three-storey buildings comprising 34 units. These units, built in 1972, are intended for families. During the works, the units will be occupied. According to current planning, work is scheduled to start around January 2025, but this date may be modified by OMHM. In such a case, the modification cannot be used to justify a request for an extension on the part of the successful bidder. The work must be carried out within a maximum of 120 working days from the date confirmed for the start of work in the letter of commitment.
