Bogard Rd, Palmer, Alaska The Matanuska-Susitna Borough will host a site visit to give potential bidders the opportunity to verify existing conditions and the work's nature. Any discrepancies between the conditions existing and those herein specified must be reported in writing. The Borough is not responsible for any discrepancy not reported. The project site will be shown to interested parties on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. onsite. Any questions will be answered in an addendum. It is highly recommended that contractors bidding on this project attend the pre-bid site visit. The scope will require a mechanical plumbing and heating contractor working with a professional engineer to develop design drawings and documents needed for equipment upgrades. The new pumps, valves and drives will need to be incorporated into the existing Siemens automation infrastructure for remote control operation and alarm monitoring. The Contractor must complete installation of all equipment while school is out between June 2025 - August 2025.
