Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Scope of Work The goal of this project is to provide a splash pad for the Town and community at the existing Condon Park. The splash pad will consist of ground-based spray elements set into a concrete surface. The splash pad will include a paved connection to the parking lot for ADA access. The splash pad is a recirculating design that will require an underground tank to hold the reservoir water. A free-standing pump shed will house the pumps, filtration equipment and sanitization items. A gravel surfaced path will be installed to provide a connection from the existing concrete walkway to the 3rd base dugout area. This gravel connection will also serve as an infiltration area for stormwater mitigation.
