PBA is seeking bids for the renovation of Summer Place Complex Level S. The project location is 500 W. Summit Hill Drive, Knoxville, TN, 37902. This project consists of renovations to Level S of the Summer Place Complex for tenant occupancy. Renovations include demolition of existing partitions, ceilings, and MEP systems and construction for new business occupancy on Level S as per the construction documents issued by Barber McMurry Architects dated August 28, 2024, and any addenda which may be issued hereunto. To be responsive, a bid must constitute a definite, firm, unqualified and unconditional offer to meet all the material terms of the IFB. Material terms are those that could affect the price, quantity, quality, or delivery. Also included as material terms are those which are clearly identified in the IFB, and which must be complied with at risk of bid rejection for non-responsiveness. Suppliers shall hold their price firm and subject to acceptance by PBA for a minimum period of sixty (60) days from the date of the bid closing. Receipt of a bid by PBA or a submission of a bid to PBA offers no rights upon the supplier nor obligates PBA in any manner. PBA reserves the right to withdraw this RFP at any time and for any reason, and to issue such clarifications, modifications, and/or addenda as it may deem appropriate.
