This entire project is on the exterior of Beadle Middle School, 18201 Jefferson Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68135 . The project consists of repairing and refinishing existing Exterior Insulated Finish Systems (EIFS) and removing and replacing caulking at various locations including windows and joints. Bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free. . Millard Public Schools shall receive sealed bids on the Combined Construction Contract, including General, Mechanical and Electrical Work for the Beadle Middle School - EIFS Repair located at 18201 Jefferson Street , Omaha, Nebraska 68135. Bids shall be received by the Owner until 10:00 a.m. October 17, 2024 by John Brennan, at Support Services, 13906 F Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68137. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. B. Bids must be on a Lump Sum basis and shall be in accord with the Instructions to Bidders. C. Work under this contract includes all material, labor, tools, expendable equipment, utility and transportation services, and all incidental items necessary to perform and complete, in a workmanlike manner, the work required for the construction of the Beadle Middle School - EIFS Repair Question Deadline 10/15/2024 Submit all questions about Bidding Documents to the Architect. Replies will be issued to all Prime Bidders of record as Addenda to the Drawings and Project Manual, and will become part of the Contract. The Architect/ Engineer and the Owner will not be responsible for oral clarification. Questions received less than 48 hours before the bid opening that will affect project construction schedule or project cost cannot be answered. Questions that involve clarification of the Bidding Documents can be answered until the bid date and hour.
