VA-24-00024837, 595-24-106 Replace Steam Traps Design-Build project for the Lebanon VAMC This is a design build solicitation under FAR Part 36.301. All qualified offerors may submit for Phase I. After Phase I evaluation is completed, the Government will notify only the top offerors via email with instruction for Phase II submission; however, Phase II information is also included in this solicitation. Non-Selected Phase I offeror shall be notified that their offer was not selected for the Phase II of the solicitation. Magnitude: The Disclosure of Magnitude for this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Wage Determinations: WD GDN PA20240093 10 July 19, 2024 applies to this solicitation and any resultant contract. However, the current prevailing WDs will be incorporated at time of award. The Contractor shall be responsible for the correct title and classification of workers and compliance with applicable wage and hour laws. Project Timeline: The awarded contractor will have 90 calendar days to complete the design portion of the project and 180 calendar days to complete the construction portion of the project. Calendar days start upon the issuance of the Notices to Proceed (NTP). Site Visit: A site visit will be held at the Lebanon VA Medical Center on 10/22/2024 at 10:00AM EST. All parties will report to the outside of building 19 at 1700 S Lincoln Ave, Lebanon, PA 17042.
