The City of Lebanon (COL) is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to provide Custodial Cleaning Services for our City Hall campus. The award will be a two (2) year contract with an optional 1-year extension based on performance. While this RFP covers Lebanon City Hall, additional work is expected to be performed in the Lebanon Police Station, which is co-located with City Hall. This area of work is expected to contain sensitive information and will require vigorous background investigation for personnel identified to work onsite. Written requests for clarifications are requested by 10AM on Tuesday, November 12, 2024. Requests must be submitted through the online The Mayor reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities, omissions, errors, mistakes, or defects in any Bid, or to accept or reject any or all bids at her discretion, in the best interest of the City. The Contract, if awarded, shall be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid is responsive in all material respects to the bid requirements. No bid shall be deemed accepted until the adoption of a formal resolution by City council.
