This project includes upgrading components such as controller, cop, lop, traveling cable, door, motor, cabin, rope, building work, machine room, ventilation, electrical work. This is to meet current fire and safety standards and to ensure compliance with code and ADA requirements and provide safe, smooth, and reliable operating performance. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond equal to 10% of the Base Bid Price. Bidders shall provide evidence of having adequate recent experience on similar projects.
