SECTION 2 (Project ID No. C08008) Remove and replace or modify culverts at three locations along the South Service Road of Provincial Trunk Highway 1, from the Portage Diversion to Can-Oat Drive for a total construction distance of 1.6km, in the Municipality of Portage La Prairie. Completion Model the Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Damages Interim Completion Date Completion of All Work at Culvert Sites 1 and 2 in Section 2 Shall Be Completed by November 15, 2024. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Final Completion Date Completion of All Work in Section 1 and All Remaining Work in Section 2 Shall Be Completed by September 30, 2025. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed.
