The Generator Maintenance and Repair Contract provides for the maintenance and repair of City owned generators. The City of Blue Springs reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informalities or irregularities therein. The City of Blue Springs hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to advertisement; minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids without discrimination regardless of race, color, or national origin in consideration of any award. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of opening thereof. The contractor shall provide scheduled preventative maintenance services as shown in Appendix A and any service calls for repairs on an "as needed" basis. The City of Blue Springs is requesting price quotations for a Generator Maintenance and Repair Agreement. The generators will be in various locations of City owned properties as detailed in Appendix A. The labor rates listed in your quotation shall be firm as noted for the deration of the contract from the date of acceptance by the City of Blue Springs. ONTRACT TIMEFRAME The contract is effective from November 18, 2024 to September 30, 2029. All pricing must include all rates as applicable with regard to Missouri Annual Wage Order #31 for Jackson County, MO and wage rates paid on individual projects that exceed $75,000.
