Renovation of a mixed-use development in Blue Springs, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
The City of Blue Springs is seeking a contractor to provide and install specified water softeners at the following City facilities: Carson Ross Community Recreation Complex, Vesper Hall, Public Works, City Hall, and Public Safety. . Final Acceptance - It is anticipated that the Contractor will have their work completed on or before April 1, 2025 with a start date of no sooner than November 5, 2024. Payment and Performance Bond if bid is greater than $50,000 All questions relative to this project prior to the opening of proposals, shall be directed to Jon Honeycutt, Parks and Facilities Maintenance Supervisor. It shall be understood, however, that no specification interpretations will be made by telephone, nor will any "or equal" products be considered for approval prior to award of contract The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to make award in the interest of the Owner.
