The Total Approved Project Budget is an Estimate of the Total Project Delivery Costs Which Includes but is Not Limited to Construction, Right of Way Acquisition, Engineering Design, Construction Support, City Project Management and Administrative Costs. Time of Completion:260 Working Days Direct questions regarding this Project to the Purchasing Department by email to: purchasing@visalia.city, Questions must be received by 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 22, 2024. BIDDER'S BOND: Each bid must be accompanied by cash, cashier's check, certified check, or bidder's bond made payable to the City of Visalia for an amount equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the amount of bid, such guaranty to be forfeited should the bidder to whom the contract is awarded fail to enter into the contract.
