Direct Questions regarding this Project in writing to the Visalia Purchasing Division at: purchasing@visalia.city Questions must be received by 5:00 PM on Monday, October 14, 2024. This project requires the Contractor to have a Class A General Engineering Contractor license, or a combination of C licensing to perform all aspects of the work. C licenses may include C-61 Limited Specialty & D-49 Tree Service; C-12 Earthwork and Paving; others as applicable. Bids are required for the entire work, complete and in place. The Bidder shall thoroughly review all documents prior to submitting a bid. Time of Completion : 80 working days. The City of Visalia reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
