Site work for a water / sewer project in Laurel, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

This work consists of constructing approximately 11,000 LF of 1 inch through 2 inch water house connections; approximately 2,600 LF of 4 inch though 6 inch sewer house connections and approximately 335 LF of 1 1/4 inch pressure sewer house connections for approximately 150 new services installations at various locations in Prince George's & Montgomery Counties, Maryland on an annual basis. This contract will be for a base term of two (2) years with two (2) option terms of two (2) years to renew if exercised by the Commission. Question Deadline 10/10/2024 at 2:00 PM ET CONTRACT NO. AC7768A24 / AC7769A24 As stated in the Standard Specification 01110 - Summary of Work, "all site location data with other available data will be furnished by and under the Engineer's direction". The documents will be furnished to the awardee, NO PLANS WILL BE AVAILABLE PRIOR TO BID. THE COMMISSION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AWARD TO MULTIPLE VENDORS Questions and submittals must be submitted on WSSC supplier portal via online discussions.
