The addition includes interior modifications to the existing gallery, workshop, lobby, and front desk along with a new entry, lobby, gallery, bathrooms, and support spaces. Reconstruction of the front landscaping and a portion of the existing parking lot. Exterior modifications include re-grading the roundabout and parking area and adding new American Disability Act (ADA) parking, sidewalks, and trash enclosures Upgrading the existing electrical transformer. The cost of labor used in performing the Work by the Contractor, a Subcontractor, or other forces will be the sum of the actual wages paid plus any employer payments to, or on behalf of, workers for fringe benefits including health and welfare, pension, vacation, and similar purposes; all payments imposed by State and Federal laws including, but not limited to, compensation insurance, and social security payments and the amount paid for subsistence and travel required in accordance with the regular practice of the employer. A Bid Guarantee in an amount equal to 5% of the total Bid amount is required at the time of the Bid Opening. The Guarantee must be a Bid Bond executed by the Bidder on the City's own form, or a cashier’s check payable to the City of Longmont.
