Reference Number 0000363162 Purchase Type: Duration: 1 year Option: 4 Scope: The purpose of this RFP is to select one Contractor to work on an on-call, as needed basis for the water treatment plant residual pond cleaning scheduled by the City, and to transport dewatered Class B biosolids from the wastewater treatment plant to a composting site or land application. There may be periods of intermittent emergency transport and other services, as requested. Minimum Qualifications: Proposers must be established in the industry and have at least five years of experience in providing water treatment residual pond cleaning, transportation and disposal of residuals, biosolids hauling, biosolids composting, biosolids dewatering and other biosolids-related services.
