Reference Number 0000364528 The City of Aurora is requesting written proposals from consulting firms to provide commissioning services related to the mechanical, electrical, lighting, plumbing, fire protection and life safety systems integral to the new Aurora Animal Shelter, as well as building envelope and specialized areas which may include (but not be limited to) surgical suites, isolation/quarantine, laboratory, and frozen/refrigerated storage areas. The initial phase of the project shall consist of the design and construction of a new building with a follow-on phase dedicated to the renovation of the existing shelter. Firms shall provide qualified candidate(s) as required, for the full duration of the contract time.
