The purpose of this IFB is to purchase Goods and/or Services as specified herein from a source(s) of supply that will give prompt and efficient service to the County. Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Question Deadline 10/15/2024 at 2:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No TERM OF AGREEMENT: The Contractor shall complete all work within 120 calendar days in accordance with the "Notice to Proceed". With the option of a one-year renewal. Continuation of the Agreement beyond the initial period is a County prerogative and not a right of the Contractor. This prerogative will be exercised only when such continuation is clearly in the best interest of the County and upon budget approval.
