Reference Number 0000364532 The Adams County Board of County Commissioners by and through its Purchasing Division of the Finance Department is accepting bids for the Misc. Bridge Rail Repairs. The purpose of this IFB is to purchase Goods and/or Services as specified herein from a source(s) of supply that will give prompt and efficient service to the County. Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Question Deadline 10/15/2024 at 2:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No TERM OF AGREEMENT: The Contractor shall complete all work within 120 calendar days in accordance with the "Notice to Proceed". With the option of a one-year renewal. Continuation of the Agreement beyond the initial period is a County prerogative and not a right of the Contractor. This prerogative will be exercised only when such continuation is clearly in the best interest of the County and upon budget approval.
