Reference Number 0000366133 A third-party Construction Inspector is needed for the Broadway and Avenue Intersection per CDOT request. The 3rd party inspector must not be associated with the 62nd Ave project or a Zak Dirt, Inc. or Adams County employee. The 3rd party inspector must be on site at all times while work is being completed in the CDOT Right of Way. The inspector must be traffic certified and use PointMan for locating utilities and daily inspection reports. This prerogative will be exercised only when such continuation is clearly in the best interest of the County and upon budget approval.
