Bromley Park Metropolitan District No. 3 ("BPMD3") is requesting sealed bids for the "BROMLEY PARK REVITALIZATION, PHASE II" project. All submittals become the property of BPMD3 and should be submitted only to BPMD3. Interested parties are invited to bid on all or any portion of the project, and BPMD3 reserves the right to award or not award all or any portion of the project. The project consists of, but is not limited to, 1) furnishing and installing all labor and materials for street light and entrance lighting repairs, 2) repair, maintenance and installation of irrigation time clocks, 3) removal and replacement of park gazebos and drinking fountains, 4) removal and replacement of damaged masonry, and 5) landscape restoration.
