A timeline for construction has not yet been established.** Reference Number 0000393555 The Project is identified as: Metro Water Recovery PAR 1466 - NTP Secondary Clarifier Mechanism Replacement Metro Water Recovery (Metro) intends to engage a Construction Management At-Risk (CMAR) Contractor (Contractor) to provide preconstruction services for PAR 1466 - NTP Secondary Clarifier Mechanism Replacement Project (Project) at Metro's Northern Treatment Plant (NTP) located at 51 Baseline Road in Brighton, Colorado. Contractor is expected to work collaboratively with Metro and Metro's design engineer (Carollo Engineers, Inc.) to optimize and better define schedule, project costs, construction impacts on stakeholders, design details and other advantages that result from the use of the CMAR process. CMAR Contractor will also manage early procurement of the secondary clarifier mechanisms during the preconstruction phase. Question Deadline 08/22/2025 at 4:00 PM MT Proposer must submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Proposal Documents to the Metro Project Manager via email. Please ensure "RFP - PAR 1466 - NTP Secondary Clarifier Mechanism Replacement Project" is included in the subject line of all email communications.
