Reference Number 0000373300 Adams County is seeking a qualified consultant to develop a Housing Needs Assessment (HNA) and Balanced Housing Plan (BHP). Work includes the creation of an HNA, which should relate to the Regional Housing Needs Assessment (RHNA) conducted by DRCOG in 2024. The BHP will incorporate data from the HNA, as well as the RHNA, and recent nexus and feasibility studies by the County related to housing funding opportunities. TERM OF AGREEMENT: This is a one-year agreement with the option of two oneyear renewals. OPTION TO RENEW FOR up to two, one-year renewals. Continuation of the Agreement beyond the initial period is a County prerogative and not a right of the Contractor. This prerogative will be exercised only when such continuation is clearly in the best interest of the County and upon budget approval.
