The Calhoun City School District is requesting a proposal from interested and qualified Construction Management Firms for the Construction of "Additions and Renovations to: Calhoun High School Athletics Phase 3 and 4". The general scope of work consists of the following: o Phase 3 Preliminary Scope o Construction of a new two story Athletic Fieldhouse building approximately 20,000 total sf in size, to include locker rooms, offices, meeting rooms, training room, restrooms, and storage rooms. o Construction of a new Hitting & Pitching Facility with storage and locker room space. o Renovations to the existing home side restroom building at the baseball stadium. The proposed fee to be submitted as a part of the CM Proposal will include "Overhead and Profit" to be awarded for Phase 3 & 4 as a percentage and "General Conditions" for Phase 3 only awarded on a fixed fee.
