The Gordon County School System("GCSS") requests your proposal to provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary to resurface six (6) tennis courts at Gordon Central High School, 335 Warrior Path, Calhoun, Georgia. Prices shall remain firm for the entire proposed period. Proposals that do not guarantee prices through this period shall be considered "Non-Responsive" and will not be considered. "RFP 2024-11, GCHS Tennis Resurfacing" 1. CLEAN COURTS: Blow, Scrape and pressure clean court, as necessary. 2. STANDARD CRACK REPAIR: All cracks will be thoroughly cleaned and dried. Structural cracks will be filled with crack filler, and any old fabric will be removed and replaced. 3. LOW LYING AREAS: Fill all low-lying areas and paving joints with acrylic patch binder. 4. APPLICATIONS: Apply resurface and color coat layers followed by finishing coats. The selected colors are competition blue and competition green. 5. LINES: All court lines primed and painted with textured line paint and marked in accordance with the rules of the United States Lawn Tennis Association. 6. SAND AND PAINT NET POSTS AND REINSTALL NETS. WARRANTY SHALL BE STATED FOR BOTH MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP.
