Sealed bids for the Tukes Mountain Reservoir No. 6 (CP-WA-2022-01) project and other related work Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary for construction of the new Tukes Mountain Reservoir No. 6, a 106-foot diameter, 2.5 million gallon ground level welded steel potable water storage reservoir. Construction includes, but is not limited to, demolition and removal of three existing concrete reservoirs, site clearing and excavation including rock blasting and removal, site water piping improvements, new electrical and controls, and construction of site improvements including new paved access road, retaining walls and stormwater facilities. City Council shall proceed to award the contract to the lowest bidder, responsive and responsible bidder but may reject any or all bids if, in its opinion, good cause exists, therefore, to waive informalities in the bidding and to accept the bid from the lowest responsible bidder. The City of Battle Ground reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received and to negotiate with any or all consultants on modifications to proposals. The City of Battle Ground's standard Professional Services Agreement is attached to this RFQ so the Consultant is aware of the City's requirements prior to participating in this process.
