Site work and renovation of a civil project in Somers, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Rebuilding of the six single pass sand filter beds, including repairs/extensions to their underdrain systems, distribution systems, control panels, support surrounds, and other work to convert them into a recirculating scheme; installation of a new concrete pump valve chamber adjacent to the existing pump station, including connection into the existing with new piping; furnish and install a new center flow automatic screening system into existing disinfection concrete chamber, including electrical supply and control equipment; furnish and install new SCADA equipment; furnish and install new flow sensors; perform concrete repairs within the effluent filter tank and disinfection chamber, miscellaneous site grading and restoration, all as described and shown in these contract documents. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A.
