Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Braselton, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The installation of approximately 5,000 L.F. of 8-foot-wide gravel slate chip trail with recycled plastic railroad tie side rails, weed control barrier, signage, picnic tables, water fountains, police call boxes, concrete bench pads, and dog waste receptacles. Site work includes clearing, grubbing, light grading, drainage improvements, and erosion control measures. Neither Owner, Owner's Advisor, nor Engineer will be responsible for Proposal Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than from Engineering Management, Inc. The CMAR Contract will include preconstruction services, procurement services (equipment), subcontractor procurement, and construction services. OWNER anticipates that the CMAR's Contract Price will be approximately $1,783,000. The CMAR Contract duration for construction is planned to be 180 days. Question Deadline 10/23/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Questions regarding this RFQ shall be received no later than. The package will consist of the RFQ, Design Drawings, technical specifications, and the Geotechnical Report. Hard copies and electronic (PDF) files are available.
