Auditorium Renovations at Willow Brook High School The work is to be performed at: Willowbrook High School 1250 Ardmore Avenue Villa Park, Illinois 60181 Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to the following: A. Demolition work associated with installation of theatrical rigging and theatrical light fixtures. B. Interior finish repair and replacement C. Theatrical Rigging Equipment. D. Theatrical Lighting E. Uni-struct structural support for Theatrical Rigging Equipment. F. Electrical/Low Voltage, Fire Alarm, and Sprinkler (Fire Protection) work. G. Mechanical work to remove and replace existing ceiling diffusers. H. Mechanical testing and balancing. It is the responsibility of each Contractor to determine if any Addenda have been issued by contacting the office of the Architect 630-495-1900. Start Date: MAY 21, 2025 Note: School is still in Spring Session. Testing Dates: MAY 27, 28, and 29, 2025 (tentative pending use of emergency days) Note: No Work can be performed during school hours on these days. No exceptions. Start of Summer Break: JUNE 6, 2025 (tentative pending use of emergency days) Note: The schedule above takes into account five (5) emergency days (5/30/25-6/5/25). The schedule will be officially changed if all or some of the days are unused. The last day of spring session would be May 30, 2025. Substantial Completion Date: AUGUST 1, 2025, 5:00 PM Construction Complete/Final Completion Date: AUGUST 8, 2025, 5:00 PM. (including any restoration and punch list items complete to the satisfaction of the Owner and the Architect.)
