Site work for a water / sewer project in Athens, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes the construction of a new submersible wastewater lift station, gravity sanitary sewer, force main, and associated structural, architectural, piping, electrical, and mechanical modifications. DBE Utilization Goal: MBE: 1.3%; WBE: 1.0%. Each proposal shall contain the full name and address of each person or company interested in the same. The proposal shall also be accompanied by a proposal bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) ofthe bid, or by a cashier's check for ten percent (10%) ofthe bid, made payable to the City of Athens, Ohio, conditioned that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into within sixty (60) days after notice of acceptance. A performance bond of one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the contract with a satisfactory surety company, conditioned according to law, will be required for the faithful performance of the contract. The City ofAthens reserves the right to waive informalities as may be in its best interest.
