A. Project Description 1. The Project Entitled CONVOCATION CENTER ROOF REPLACEMENT OHIO UNIVERSITY Main Campus 95 Richland Avenue Athens, Ohio 45701 OU PROJECT NO: 18785 B. Work Included: The work of this Project is shown on the Drawings and described in the various Sections of the Specifications. C. Description of Scope of Work: This project entails the performance of the following work: 1. Removal and replacement of single-ply thermoset membrane roofing, insulation, flashing, sheet metal flashing and trim, and other interfacing components indicated in the Bidding Documents. 2. Other Work as indicated in the Contract Documents, but not necessarily described above. D. Use of Drawings: Do not scale the Drawings. If the Contractor chooses to calculate measurements by scaling the Drawings, it is at their own risk and is not considered to be an accurate measurement. The Contractor is responsible for the accuracy of measurements, elevations, lines, and grades of the Work. Contract Estimated Cost Bae Bid $657,400.00 Alternate 1 Upper Roof Area B $181,300.00 Alternate 2 30-Year Roof System Warranty $15,900.00 And any proper combination submitted on electronic Bid Form
