Reference Number 0000279424 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/10/18 12:00:00 PM EDT This Request for Tender is an invitation by Trent University to prospective Bidders to submit bids for the Refurbishment of the Catwalk at Bata Library. In 1969, Architect Ron Thom and Yolles Structural Engineering designed the Catwalk at Bata Library. The catwalk extends from the second floor of the library to the Champlain podium, providing access to both the library and the podium. The Heritage Stewardship Committee at Trent University has recognized the significance of the Catwalk and considers it an essential part of the Trent fabric. Given the historical and architectural significance of the Catwalk, Trent University is seeking a contractor with experience in full slab replacements, galvanic anodes installation, and polyurethane methacrylate (PMMA) waterproofing.
