Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Victoria, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a educational facility.
Construction of an elementary school with a 480-student capacity. The proposed design for the south Colwood elementary school site in Royal Bay would include space for groups like Thrive Social Services and BGC (Boys and Girls Club) South Vancouver Island. TIMELINE: The province has agreed to support the land acquisition and have provided $25 million for the site acquisition. Before moving further with the project, The CSF must submit a request for the two schools for consideration in a future round of budget talks, alongside other school districts across BC. Schedules for design and construction will be defined once funding is in place. Further update in early, 2026. Construction budget is unreleased.
